About the Market of Manufactured Homes

Chrissy,
Thanks for a great site!. After reading from all the catagorys I felt this would be the best place to ask my question. I spent 10+ years working for Champion Home Builders out of Nebraska as a field service tech. Seeing all the cracks in the system from "The dealer was my best friend all the way to the back" and "I wish I would have never bought this home" I felt I had something to contribute. Last Sept I started my own company here in Colorado geared to Customer satisfaction #1. Putting 2 full time people in the office to talk to dealers, homeowners, and service techs in the field, things took off. We try doing business in the 21st century by taking digital pictures in the field, uploading them to our server, and showing them to our accounts so they can see first hand without having to wonder or see the home for themselves. With Champion closing 7 plants, laying off 1500+ employees, Conseco looking to possibly file bankruptcy, and '"Dutch?--sorry if I spelled that incorrectly" getting out of Floor Planning for dealers, what do you think the market will do? We only provide warranty work and a bit of Repo work for a manufacturer, now Im wondering how to keep going with everyone worried about the market.. I would also like to know if there are any manufacturers needing service/Repo work done in the Denver/Greeley/Ft.Collins areas of Colorado. Thanks again for a great site!
