Community Guidelines

Post by Joan Dickey » Sat Feb 23, 2002 8:32 pm

Hi,
Is it possible to obtain a sample of some community guidelines to help me update the guidelines for our park. I have never created any - the ones we are using were in place when we purchased the park.

I have asked the local dealers with no success. We are expanding our park and would like to start fresh with some really good updated guidelines.

Thanks for your help.

Indeed, I have just the answer for you. It is a handbook which walks you through the steps of creating guidelines or amending current ones for your community. You may order it online at my website (www.chrissy-jackson.com) or by faxing me your name, address, Visa or MasterCard number with expiration date - or by mailing a check to me at 4648 Bay Crest Drive, Tampa, FL 33615. The total cost of the publication, including sales tax and shipping is $25.

Chrissy,
I have your book and actually several others. It was of some help, but I think my problem is actually putting some structure to the guidelines. That's why I thought a sample of a park's would help me to develop ours. Problem is I am a novice at this and haven't even ever seen/read any guidelines for mhp.

The previous owners guidelines were just basic i.e, speeding, noise, littering the entrance to park and that's about it.

Anyway, I enjoy your books and also your newsletter - these have helped me a lot.
Thanks.

Glad to be of help. If you would like me to actually review and/or help you draft the guidelines, please call me and let's discuss the rate and time frame.
