proper procedure

Post by Wil Hosler » Mon Feb 25, 2002 7:30 am

Hi,
I would like to know if I should be doing anything special for a family in one of my communities whose husband /father has past away.
I also would like to tell you that I really enjoyed the ACM 101 at Dover and I am looking forward to 201 in November.

Thanks for your help,

Wil

This is one of the hard parts of management in terms of emotional toll on you and other employees who care. There is no set-in-stone proper procedure. Do what you feel is appropriate, but beware that whatever you do sets a precedent that you will be expected to follow for all future losses.

Thanks for attending the ACM - I'll look forward to seeing you for 201.
