I know this is not the proper place for this inquery, but your e-mail address does not seem to be responding. I am the manager of Eagles Nest Mobile Home Estates. I recently recieved your Resident Relations Solutions packett with accompanying floppy disc. The disc seems to have been erased. I recieved a blank disc. I can see this packett will be very helpfull and would appreciate another disc. If possible, please send another. Thanks. Carol

My apologies for the Internet problems - the file server was down for almost a week. I now have e-mail. And, also please accept my apologies for the problems with the disc. We are mailing a new one out to you this week. Sometimes the mail is shipped too close to something else which can de-magnetize it. It does not happen very often, but once in a while it does.
