RV parking lot

Post by anon » Mon Mar 19, 2001 4:28 pm

We have an RV, boat and trailor parking lot. I was wondering what other communities charge their residents to store their vehicles?
This is a land-lease park.

Thanks for your time.

The rates normally charaged are anything except "normal!" In some instances, it is simply an enchancement of their residency, and is offered for free. In other cases, the rate charged ranges from as little as $5 to as high as $25 per month. For more information on this topic, including the chance to receive a sample RV Storage Agreement, visit my website at www.chrissy-jackson.com, and order an "Operations Solution" package. One of the many pieces of information included in this inexpensive package is the RV Storage Agreement. And, if you order the package with a disk, you will have the agreement in a format that allows you to customize it for your particular community.

Thanks Chrissy for responding to my post. I guess my park is on the high end at $25 per month. But we like to think we have one of the nicest parks in the area.

Thanks again.
