I'm hoping you can help me out. I've purchased a fleetwood from fleetwood homes of arizona. I've had nothing but problems & I can't get them to make things right. They installed the wrong bath tub, carpet & on top of all that, we are not pleased with the quality of the house! everyday I find a new problem & everyday I get more upset. I've sent certified letters. I've called a number of times. it's been a year now & I'm hoping it's not to late. If you can't help me can you please head me in the right direction?

Well, with the limnited amount of information you have given me, I can offer a few suggestions, and hopefully they will help. First of all, take pictures. Compare the pictures (in your next letter) to the original order form you signed. I'm not sure to whom your certified letters were addressed, but do it again to the retailer who sold you the home, the factory who built the home, and the better business bureau of your town. Be sure to include your phone number. Be specific when asking for repairs or replacement of items. When they contact you, be able to provide copies of everything you have written in the past as well as dates you made phone calls for documentation. Good luck.
