FHA Financing -- Urgent

Hi All,

We are trying to buy a 1989 PH mfg home on acreage. It has a detached site built large garage and workshop/studio, and the lender we were working with has decided the garage/workshop makes the property "too unique" for them to lend on it.

The property is scheduled to foreclose by the end of this week. We are urgently in need of an FHA lender who will do manufactured homes, in hopes that a different lender will not consider the property too "unique" to fund. If anyone can point us in a direction, it would be much appreciated.

Thank you!

I personally feel through discussing if we see how it all can be well managed because taking things to another level is what that helps us the most. At the moment taking care of the factors that helps us throughout is more like a support which works for financial ups and downs.
