Where does one go to find out about regulations of over 55 parks in Florida?

There are federal statues and state statutes that regulate these parks. my question concerns whether or not park owners are required to conduct a census periodically.

our over 55 park is becoming populated with people that are NOT over 55.

thanks
Tim

You can read the state REGULATION OF TRADE, COMMERCE, INVESTMENTS, AND SOLICITATIONS for Florida MOBILE HOME AND RECREATIONAL VEHICLE PARKS

Mobile home parks, lodging and recreational vehicle parks, and recreational camps are licensed annually by the Department of Health in accordance with Chapter 64E-15, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.), rules. The county health departments provide direct services in the operational aspect of the program through routine inspections, plan reviews, educational programs, and enforcement actions

To learn more about license rules or file a landlord tenant complaint go to
Department of Business and Professional Regulation or you can phone them at 1-850-488-1122
