We are a family owned business in need of a strong manager with experience turning around communities. Experience is a must and we'd prefer a manager with the following skills;

Bilingual
Turn around experience (ie. filling the MHC)
Mobile Home Sales experience
Customer service oriented
Live on-site (home provided)
Computer skills (Rent Manager, Excel, Internet)
