The Manufactured Housing Forums

I am offering land to manufactured home owners that currenlty live in parks. I have already moved several doublewide homes out, and obtained financing for these homeowners now that they own the land. The appraisal on the land and home package pays for the entire set up and the pay off of their existing home loan.
I need to find additonal financing sources for the end loans and the construction loans. I also could really use the names of the lenders that will finance single wide homes on the land.
