mobile H land/home package

I am seeking advice on starting a business to buy MH from factory, buy lot (not in park) brick bottom, 7/12 pitch, sheetrock, front & rear porch brick bottom-(nice), enclosed garage, paved drive & walk, nice landscaping. I am in Florida, new stick built homes are WOW $$! Finished product very much like new homes in nice neighborhood but MH. Will this sell, should be a good bit less expensive. Advice? Do you know anyone doing this? Marketing MH with no sales center just complete NICE finished package. Thanks Tim
