I am looking to purchise a single wide mobile home on 1.8 acers that is also for sale. I am having a time trying to find a lender. the property is in CT, there is a 721 fico score, full doc. first time home buyer that needs 100%

There are plenty of lenders who will do single section and land mortgages on the FHA program ...This will only work if the home is set to FHA specs and if the appraiser con find a few comps...FHA allows the down payment assistance programs and the seller to pay up to 6% in costs....

Some originators at Wells Fargo will take them on...

Any FHA lender can do single sections...As I mentioned sometimes comps on appraisals are a problem...
