The Manufactured Housing Forums

Does anyone have any experience with them, if you do, how do/did you feel about it and is anyone willing to let me look at a copy of one of their long term leases with escalator clauses, etc. I am wondering how to leave openings for any changes in now supplied ammenities that later may not be able to be supplied!
