Title coverage questions

If I want to purchase a Mfg. Home, but the seller cannot provide me with the original Title to the home, can I get a regular Title company to provide me with good and marketable coverage on the home? I will want to sell it in the future and I need to know I am covered with a good Title Policy.

I know many title companies do not cover Mfg. Homes. If I but the home I want to make sure I have good Title coverage.

The best thing is to talk to your title company or closing attorney..

Real Estate title insurance has different rules in each state..

Why is there no title for this home...have you done a title search with your states title agency....Is it possible that the title was retired and the home made part of the real estate??.,...Remember when there is a home only loan with a lein..the title is with the lender..
