Does anyone have experience with enticing others to haul away your unwanted mobile home? I have a 1969 (or thereabouts) 60 foot Frontier that has seen better days. I'm told wheels/axles for this age are difficult/impossible to locate. I'd hate to demolish, particularly if good use could be found without my incurring expense. Located in mountains of SW Colorado.

We called non-profit agencies and found several who were more than happy to pull the homes out and clean up the lots. Some of them would take them to Mexico as there is/was a goor market for them. Good Luck!

I give mine to the Pine ridge Indian Reservation in SD. They pay for transport and I get a top dollar tax deduction.
I would assume you could also do that where you live, as your near the 4 corners area & the reservation.
