Re: Why Are You Not Advertising?
17,000 square feet? Are you looking for a place to live or start your own church?
Manufactured housing is affordable housing, not low income housing. Somewhere along the line that became confused and the phrase "trailer trash" came into common usage.
FYI there ARE nationwide advertising campaigns, most states have a manufactured housing associationt hat promotes business in their state or region, and factory built homes in several capacities (mobile, manufactured, modular, panelized, etc...) have been around for years. The Manufactured Housing Institute (MHI) has a wonderful and informative web site that anyone can google.
Bottom line is that there are choices for people who want to be homeowners but not all people should be homeowners. If you have poor credit and no money there is a reason you can't qualify for financing. Home ownership is an expense and a responsibility. If you can't take care of your credit and save some money for a down payment then how do you expect to be responsible for a mortgage payment, taxes, insurance and also maintain a home?
