NO retailers here?

Aren't there any builders/retailers here who use a specific software program to manage their business? Is everyone manually keeping track of sales, service, etc? I posted a couple of days ago asking for comments and am disappointed that no one has any advice or experience to share.
I'll keep checking back, in case I'm just too impatient. Otherwise, I won't waste my time on this board every day. I do like reading the posts; some I find helpful and some are just humorous.
