I am lookign for a reasonable priced software program to aid in managing the park I run. Most of the programs out there and reccomended, great ones by the way, are too expensive for the owner to agree to pay.
Currently, I am using Works to generate statements and reports, doing the reports manually. I have considered using Access

I just ran across one that looks great. Price depends on how many units. I know, they are pretty expensive, but this one was pretty reasonable. Try "Rentmanager." There's a demo on theire website you can try. Looks pretty simple, accurate and to the point.
