replacing a moving home

we currently own a mobil home that is 30 yrs old. would like to buy a newer model. Any idea on who / how we get rid of the old one and get the new one in place ? many thanks.

In many cases the retailer who sells you the new home would remove the old home and send it on it's way.

Is it possible to trade in a mobile home and start a whole new deal with the finance company you are currently with?
