HELP!!!

We have a '99 double wide but desperately need to move up and want a site built home. Anybody know of brokers/realtors whatever that buy manufactured homes so we can get out from under it? We know we will take a loss. Any suggestions?

I think you need to give a little more detail - a 99 DW what brand? - tell what area your in - that would be a little more helpful in someone telling you where to go and what your options are? Is there an option of renting your home?
