In '95 we built a manufactured large home in a permanent foundation. Because of education I need to sell to use our equity. Twice we went to escrow to be disappointed at the end finding that the buyers bank would not finance the deal because it is a manufactured house.
What can I do? Any ideas?

Submit their fast, easy form , select your loan preferences and they will forward your request for MH loan information to several participating manufactured housing finance offices. You elect to get your information by e-mail, snail mail, fax, or you can request that a representative of each finance company phone you to explain their programs and application process. webmaster
