I need to know how to get the advertising out to the public that we are selling a beautiful big mobile home in a mobile home pk. without using a realator. I put out beautiful picture flyers in a few stores and people just take them down. Do you know of anyway else to advertise this home. We have 1 1/2 years to sell this home. And is 34,000 asking to much for a 2280 Sq. Ft. mobile home (4bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, fam., living, and dining room, big laundry room, 5 skylights, and fireplace? Our lot rent is 250 a month. Trash is included in that fee.

Go to www.nwbo.com This may be a viable option for you to sell your home. NWBO is a marketing site to help for sale by owners. They don't take any of your equity and they even help with the process. You are still the one that handles the entire transaction, but you have there help and there are forms for you to download.
