does anybody know where i should start to put out a monthly newsletter to unclosed customers?

As with many things, it takes effort to accomplish this. I assume you mean sending them to your own customers. Make sure you ask every person you meet for their email address, make up a good newsletter and use a program like Outlook to group email them.
