Home only finance...

With Greenpoint out, CIT out, MHShopper out..Chase shortening terms and tightening credit, Origen tighening credit and raising rates, Triad and CIS (both selling a lot of paper to Chase) changing credit terms, rates and qualifications...WHO else is out there doing home only????

Is there anything to the rumors of GMAC getting into the home only business???

We do a lot of mortgage lending...but we still have those who want to go onto dads land or in a park...

Whoa be the dealer in a market area without available land...When a cheap single with $ 3,500 down and very good credit is over $ 400/mo plus the space rental...

Comments???...???

DON'T FEEL LIKE THE LONE RANGER, IF YOU READ
WHAT'S NEW ON GHMA SITE YOU WILL FEEL A LITTLE BETTER ABOUT THE FUTURE. TOUGH TIMES
NEVER LAST BUT TOUGH PEOPLE DO. HOUSING
WILL ALWAYS BE IN DEMAND, SO SOMEONE WILL
MAKE IT POSSIBLE. HOPEFULLY??????????
