Every once in a while, a great invention comes along. It is designed to pull "renters" out of rental units and into a purchase of a new home. 60% of renters would like to buy a new home. 40% of new home sales are to people who were renting. It is a huge market for sales and the Suiter System empowers a dealer so he/she may pull as many buyers as desired.

In addition, there is another program within this system that "saves" deals lost in finance. It is a two year program compared to one year for renters but is an extremely effective method to make sales to people who agree to buy and agree to the terms of credit reestablishment.

Many renters cannot save for a down payment. The Suiter System takes care of this.
