Let me try again. Wondered what manufacturer of on frame modulars some of you were selling and if you were happy with the product?
Also wondered who you all were using for your non-conforming loans. People with no credit or bad credit? I appreciate any input. God Bless, Ron

I'm not sure about the non-conforming loans, but this company is expanding in all states across the country pretty rapidly:

It is so hard to find financing to help the buyers. It seems that most people either don't have good credit or they don't have any credit. Does anyone know if there are companies out here that can do financing with bad credit. Please hit me back, thanks.
