Job Summary:

HIS Capital Group is seeking a sales-oriented, Property Manager to help expand our Mobile Home Park in the state of Alabama. This individual will be responsible for self-generated leads, collecting rent payments, organizing documentation and general labor and up-keep of the park. The ideal candidate must be knowledgeable in Property Management, Detail Oriented, strong Business Development skills, well organized and physically capable of performing duties such as; mowing the property, pulling weeds, planting flowers and basic handy-man services. Offering free housing, utilities, internet and a Bi-weekly salary with bonuses.



Job Responsibilities:

· Generate leads for business purpose

· Respond to all Tenants inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

· Analyze proposed obstacles that may arise on the property with pictures, estimates and prepared descriptions of the situation

· Obtain required information from tenant or future tenants deemed necessary: 1st of month rent, new renter’s documentation, city code requirements, etc

· Physically capable of using the company paid equipment to ensure the 45 acres of land is properly kept during all seasons.



JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Experience in a self-generated lead environment preferred.

· Proven track record in Business Development and Property Management.

· Knowledge of basic real estate investments is preferred.

· Exceptional customer service and sales skills.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Demonstrates tact and professionalism.

· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

· Ability to work under limited supervision.

· Competently utilize computer programs such as: mortgage origination softwares, customer database management, MS Word, MS Excel or cloud based platforms.

· Ability to work flexible and varying work schedules.
