Looking at the different dealer and manufacturer websites the site that I noticed the most was was the hart housing site ( http://www.harthousing.com/ ). They have a rendering of the unit without a roof looking in from above along with the floorplan and a tasteful picture of the unit exterior. I think their renderings do a better job of helping the customer make sense of the floorplan than the typical collection of pictures of the interior you see on most sites. for an example see: http://www.harthousing.com/floorplans/d ... ?plan=2013

12/31/03 I am a sales person in California. We have had an increase in our area this year over last. I agree with you that this is a tough market in which to make a living. The sales people who work with me as well as myself are on a draw against future commisssions. Which works like this.. twice a month we get a guaranteed paycheck the amount of hours x minimumn wage. Which usually equals 8 hrs a day times 6 days a week. It is barely enough to pay living expenses. Once we have a deal that closes we have to pay back the draw then we get the remainder of what is left if any on the commission. My question is are all salespersons paid this way in this industry?
