Why can a broker not give a client credit for things like furniture on a resale mf'd home like a by owner can to save the client $ on sales tax? Is there any way around this?

Furniture..even used furniture has sales tax in most states..Sales tax on used items seems wrong to me to....I have always argued how unfair this is..since most homes will be sold 6 or 7 times in its life...sale tax runs up to nearly 50% of the original sales price...Talk to the state government officials about this unfair tax treatment...Good Luck...
