Sell and move modular

The foundation is settling under our 8 yr. modular. Instead of spending the money to raise and stabilize the foundation, we want to sell the modular and start over. We would like to find someone that will buy the home and also take apart and move the mod. In talking to dealers, we have a good idea of what to take off the selling price for this expense. Is this a do-able idea? Any suggestions, ideas or opinions???
