Does anyone here live in either of the thomas estate communities near Eochester New york. If so. how would you discribe them as dealers and landlords>

I don't know any of the operators in your part of the country BUT... The best thing can do is to spend some time in the community of your choice. Talk to people that are living there. Let then know you are thinking about becoming one of their neighbors. They will be the best qualified to and eager to tell you what they think of the place they live and their feelings about the operators.
