Jacobson Homes

I am considering a Jacobson Manufactured Home. There are two dealers in my area. Baird homes in Fruitland Park and Custom Home Center in Ocala. Looking for any feedback on either dealer and Jacobson Homes. Thanks

From my experience, Jacobson has been always the best of the best. It is a small family owned company that has been in business for decades making it through these tough times. Jacobson was one of the first 5 year warranties in the business..I last sold them in Augusta GA 500 miles from the plant and the service was outstanding..

I am also interested in a Jacobsen Home. We are near Dothan, AL/Marianna, FL and the closest dealer is in Panama City, FL. Can anyone recommend CC's Modular & Mfg Housing, or if not, another Jacobsen dealer in the vicinity of Southeast Alabama that they have had a good experience with? Thanks!
