Getting ready to close on a 21st Mtg repo (doublewide) within the next week or two...Financing has already been secured thru 21st Mtg and loan approved...Just waiting for title company and 21st Mtg Land Home dept. to finish getting loan docs ready to close...

I've only bought and lived in a manufactured house one other time (almost 20 years ago while in college) and it was a single wide and financed through a local bank...

I'm just wondering if there are any specific areas of concern I should have during closing or more specifically during the delivery and set up phase of the process...Are there any red flags I should be looking for?

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated...Thanks..
