16x80 Gateway mobile home

Hi everyone,

I posted on this forum about a year ago when I bought a 1988 14x80 Hospitality mobile home. It has been a great home. Did all the updates I could, and decided to sell. Made a quick couple thousand, and have decided to purchase a 1992 16x80 Gateway. The previous owners have taken GREAT care of the home, and recently laid hardwoods in the kitchen/dining area. Does anyone know anything about Gateway homes? I believe they were a part of Champion? Any input would be appreciated. I did have an inspection and things look good. Thanks
