My daughter is considering a 1997 Victorian Northridge, at least we believe this is the manufacturer. Can someone help us to confirm the make & model? I have the VIN # it begins with VP. It has 1848 sq ft, do I assume it is a 28 x 66? Would the manufacturer be Patriot? The title actually says Manuf/Make: NORG and the Model: Victorian. Through process of illimination I have arrived at the above: Victorian Northridge. 3 Bdr/ 2 bath; The sellers have installed hardwood floors throughout and decorated nicely. It is in a park in Iowa and has a large gated deck for small children, along with storage facility. All appliances stay incl brand new front load w/d. Any ideas on value? We will also need a recommendation for financing. Thank you!

This is a Patriot home. Patriot purchased Victorian a few years before this home was built. You would need to have the home appraised to get any real grasp of the home's value. Nobody on the internet can speak to the condition of the home or local market conditions.
