Land/Home Financial Services?

I've been searching for opinions and experiences with Land/Home Financial Services and can's seem to find anything. I guess that's due to the generic name of the company. Anyway, the specialize in financing manufactured homes, have an informative/comprehensive website, and they do the loan type I want, FHA Title II 203b.

What's the scoop on these guys? No kind of awards to tout on their website. I'm not sure about the significance of this. Just wondering if this is a reputable company.

I'm also thinking about 21st Mortgage, but it doesn't appear that they do FHA Title II loans. Is this correct.
