Look at used mobile home

We've been looking at a few used mobile homes. Today we found a 1992 Shihol (spelling ??) 16x72 2 bedroom 1 bathroom with a sunken (2 steps down) front kitchen. If anyone has any information about these mobiles, please let me know. It looks like a very nice house. I really like the huge front kitchen. We're in eastern nebraska if that matters.

Sounds like a Schult...In the 90's they were one of the finest.

Used homes can bring you great value at very reasonable costs. BUT When you purchase a pre-owned home you wont have the advantage of the factory warranty If you want to enjoy your home for years to come
Be sure that you have the home inspected by a certified or licensed home inspection service.
