There is a serious problem with these homes (aka American Homestar) it has leaked from day one which we thought was a window issue since we did buy it new so they were re-sealed but fast forward 10 years when the walls started to crumble inside and out there is a BIG problem with the roof and siding!!!!!!!!

I need to find a seu-up manual, for guerdon 1979 24x60 dont't have any information on guerdon company because they got out of bussinnses to many years ago and they only have recrds from 2000 and up.

They are long gone..Each state has its own generic set requirements. Your local building inspector should be able to help you find a copy..As a matter of fact EVERY state now REQUIRES the set up to be done by a licensed set up crew.. You might contact a local set up contractor, they should know the state minimum requirements well..Good Luck
