Hello,

I live in WA State. I would like to rent to own a Mobile home. I'm looking for a 3 bedroom 2 bath home in King, Pierce or Snohomish County or anywhere an hours commute from downtown Seattle. I would like a home on it's own land, but will live in a park. I do not mind an older home that's less expensive, but my ideal home would have a large kitchen with pantry; a mud/laundry room and a master bedroom with walk-in closets and master bath with garden tub and separate shower. I would also like the home to have an outdoor deck. I'm looking to put $1000 down and pay $800 a month.

My 2 cats and i would be the only occupants in this home. I've lived in the same apartment for five years and have a good rental history. I'm unable to get a loan to purchase a home which is why I'm seeking this options. I'm serious to own this home and would maintain it very well.

Search for a home in the Manufactured Housing Multiple Listing Service. We are in a strong BUYERS MARKET. Sellers are motivated. Once you locate the home you want contact the seller and make them the offer you just outlined above. The worst thing that can happen is that they say no... there are many smart sellers are looking for a different way to sell. This will work best if you zero in on the older homes that have a greater chance of the seller having no mortgage payments, so that they dont have a big pay off to a bank and are free to be creative
