Think before you buy a New England Home from Greenland,NH. The quality workman ship was to be from start to finish. The (type B ranch) modular was set on our foundation on May 24, 2007 and its still not completed with many faulty and "un-exceptable workmanship" issues with the NEH contractor (Atlantic Blue Water of Chester, NH ) which walked off the job in August 2007.
