Getting manufactured home to land site

We currently live in Oregon, but our home will be on private land in Idaho.
If we pick a dealer where we live now to purchase our home from, how will they check out the road access and height clearances? Do all dealers have someone who goes out to the customer's site? Will they do this if you have not yet signed any purchase agreement? We want to be sure our home will be able to be delivered without problems, but are not yet ready to purchase. Maybe we should check with a dealer closer to the property??? What fees would they charge for this?
