Looking to buy and Need Help! Pending forclosure

I want to buy a manufactured home in michigan. My house is about to go into forclosure. I can support the payment of a manufactured home if I could get a 30 yr fixed. What are the chances of ever getting another loan...Even with a good co-signer?

Sorry..but it is very hard if not impossible to get a home loan when your current home is behind...Your best route would be to talk to a superviser at your current lender. Home lenders now have man ways to help you overcome foreclosure..They do NOT want your hom in todays housing market expecially in MI.
FHA and VA I assume have foreclosure programs available Read about them here..
