Rights of mobile home owner in event of park sale

What protection, if any, does the owner of a 20-year old mobile home have when/if the senior citizen park is sold for other redevelopment purposes {in California}?

Are there laws in place that requires the seller/purchaser to pay 'fair-market value' for the realistically 'unmovable' older mobile homes?

What options await the mobile home owner?
