Hi all:

Hubby & I are in the market for a house. In our price range, it'll most likely be a used manufactured home or a fixer upper. My question is, where can I go to find out about the different manufacturers? We are looking at a Fuqua tomorrow and would like a place I can go to quickly to check out ratings and such. These will be used not new and I'm not sure how old. I think the one we'll be looking at is about 10 years old.

Thanks so much.

Cathy

David gives you good advice. My wife and I are just about ready to order our first home and we bought both books and found them invaluable. They are money well spent. We considered Deer Valley, Franklin, and Patriot Pinnacle and have decided on the Patriot Pinnacle Kennedy model.
