1995 Redman

I posted this in another forum but I thought this may be of interest in this group as well. I am going to look at that pre-owned MH, I just found out that it is a 1995 Redman. I have been reading through previous posts that have discussed Redman homes. It seems that the general opinion is that it is a fairly good home, not the best, but decent quality. Though I did see some posts that were a little alarming. Am I correct to assume that Redman is generally a good home but that the plant in which it was manufactured is the real crucial factor? Good plant vs. bad plant. I don't know in which plant it was built but the home was bought and place in NY just south of Ithaca. And thoughts on how I can find out where it was built? The previous owners are in the midst of a divorce and not living on site, I don't know how accessable they are. Also when looking at the home is there anything that is particular to the Redman I should be looking for? I don't know which model the home is all I know is that it is 1680 sp. ft. I tried to find a floor plan that would tell me which model it is but had no luck. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
