poor credit

Post by rosalyn30 » Sat Jul 01, 2006 2:05 pm

Hello everyone. I am in the market of trying to find a home and I have found several that I like and I can place the home on my parnets lot. I could go used for $37,500 or new $55,000. My question is is it possible to get a home loan with a credit score below 600? Thanks

Rosalyn

YES...most lenders will go down to 580 middel FICO score..They might require at least 10% down...Try the lender section of this web site...Rates will be much higher on the used home...
