I bought Randy Eaton's book and have a gained a lot of knowledge from it.
I found a Nashua super triple wide that I really like and they have a lot of the things that he finds you would want on your home I did see where he said they wern't that good when he was in the business,what I did see was a great base price for the home but there are a lot of things you need to upgrade but the base home seems to be put together well.
asking as it seems to good to be true
