Financing a mobile/manufactured

I have tried to find a lender that does stated income loans to purchase a manufactured home in Arizona, to no avail.

Every lender wants to have full loan docs and because I cannot show my tax returns to qualify, I need to go stated. My fico mid is 720 so I have excellent credit and verifyable funds in the bank.

If anyone knows of lenders that will fund a stated loan for a manufactured home in Arizona, please respond soon as I have a beautiful one pre-sellected but fear i will loose the deal if I cannot find someone to fund me.
