The Manufactured Housing Forums

The community I am considering sells Marlette Homes. They will also permit other manufactures but indicate a strong negative bias to that practice. I have searched the forum but do not see any recent opinions on Marlette. Does anyone have any comments on them that would be helpful in deciding Marlette or an "outside the community" brand???
