Friendly retirement community?

I am retired. I would be a first time buyer. I am seeking a friendly MH+land community/park as I need and want to give to a community that supports each other while aging.
I just went through two health crisis with little support in Seattle. I cannot tolerate more winters here.
I cannot afford anything more than a MH+land.
I am seeking a MH on land as in a shareholder, co-op sort of place. (I'd consider just a MH with a park that probably will have no "change of use" for the next 10 years????)
Most important:
Anyone out there willing to share the names of communities in the south whether this be in Az. Tx, Fl., wherever that is warm and friendly? I need real links or real contact info from real people having visited or already living in such friendly communities. (Or should I just fly to Florida, or wherever, and drive around shopping?)
Please, please help me? I must get on with life. Time is precious.
(And, yes, I constantly search listings here.)
I am 60 and have top rate credit, so there will be no problem in buying a MH+land.
I don't want to pay a fortune as I need some monies to travel with. I don't need new and flashy.
I will repost as I may not receive that many responses from just one post.
Waving hello to all and I thank you for sharing!
